So you think you want to live at the Co-op?
Here are some things you may want to know:
1. We usually look for applicants according to the USC school calendar — Fall semester & spring semester (most people stay for the year). WE ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO USC STUDENTS.
2. We always need people for the summer (that’s when students go away).
3. Applicants are usually asked to come to dinner if possible so they can meet members of the house. During our official application period we hold various activities for people who are interested in the house.
4. We like pets…currently have 3 cats & 4 chickens & 1 snake
5. We’re strange and that’s how we like it:)
Good luck!

Hi there! I’m interested in living in your Co-op! I currently go to U of M and live in a Co-op here. I am planning on moving to LA second semester so I’m wondering if you have any spring term spots (starting in January.) Thanks!
Hey
I am moving to LA in 3-4 works, have lived in community before, interested in greenism and social justice, am now looking for 1) a permanent community, and 2) a community (or an apartment) to stay in temporarily (for free or for pay) while I find a permanent community. I am 43 years old, so your house (of students) is probably not a sound solution, but if you have any leads, shoot them my way. My phone is 630 432 4165
Have a pleasant day
Rich
Hello,
I’m wondering if there are any openings for singles starting this January. If so, please let me know and I’d be happy to fill out an application.
